Venue Details

Capacity (Four levels of venue space available for rent.)

The Ballroom can accommodate 200 for seated dinner, 220 for standing reception (including staff and vendors)

The Tap House & Mezzanine - please request information

The Cellar can accommodate 90 for seated dinner, 148 for standing reception (including staff and vendors)

Rental Inclusions - The following are included complementary with your rental.

  • On-site event lead

  • Bartenders and staff as required

  • Elevator - building is fully accessible

  • Wireless internet

  • Zone lighting and chandelier dimmers

  • Audio/visual system connectivity to laptop or cell phone

  • One wireless microphone with stand (depending on availability)

  • One podium (depending on availability)

  • State of the art sound system

  • Catering service areas for caterers use only

  • All bar glassware (wine and champagne glasses, rocks, highball and beer glasses)

  • Chivari chairs (white ) (Ballroom only)

  • Coat room with hangers (Ballroom & Cellar)

  • One mobile stage set-up (Ballroom only)

  • Tables and chairs (depending on availability)

  • Weddings to include a two-hour rehearsal scheduled according to availability

  • Use of rental space from 10:00 am until 1:00 am the following day- Friday & Saturday and 11:00 am to midnight on Weekdays (including set-up and tear down). Note that extra charges will apply for time overage.

All floor plan creation, furniture, tables and chairs set up and tear down is the responsibility of the client(s), vendor(s) and their team.  All large furniture must be returned to original placement, chairs must be stacked, personal items and garbage must be removed.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. How much is rent at The Beveridge​? Please ask for fee schedule which will include fixed costs.

  2. Is The Beveridge wheelchair accessible? The Beveridge is wheelchair accessible on all levels.

  3. What is payment procedure? When event is confirmed, the rental fee will be invoiced in full (net 10 days), 30 days prior to your event you will be invoiced for Additional Services; this includes your bar minimum, Entandem fee, cleaning fee, additional rentals and any extra services you enlist from The Beveridge. Full payment is required in advance of your event. Any balance remaining including damage or excess cleaning will be invoiced accordingly.

  4. Do I need a special events planner? We highly recommend this.

  5. Do I need insurance for my event? Yes, you must obtain special event public liability and damage insurance.

  6. Can I bring my own liquor? No, The Beveridge is the primary license holder.

  7. Can I bring my own food? All food must meet Public Health Guidelines.

  8. Can I use my own caterer? Yes, approved caterers are allowed and must agree to our Catering Agreement.

  9. Can I special order liquor? Yes, all special orders will be an outright purchase and must be finalized 10 days prior to the event.

  10.  What about parking? Free parking is available in the Town Square on Saturdays and Sundays, Weekday paid parking is available in the Town Square.

  11. What furniture is provided? Yes, we have 34-6' round tables, 9-5' round tables, 9 tall cocktail tables, 8 low cocktail tables, 25-5' rectangular tables, 32-6' rectangular tables, 10-8' rectangular tables and 254 white Chivari chairs (available in Ballroom). Please inquire for furnishings in other spaces.

  12. Are linens included? Linens are available at an additional cost.

  13. Are live bands, DJ's and entertainers allowed? Yes, we love live music.

  14. Decor restrictions? Yes, decor is specified in our Policy and Procedures and must be adhered to.

  15. Is smoking allowed? Our policy is no smoking, no drugs, no vaping. There is a zero tolerance for drug usage.

Full Policy and Procedures, Bar Service Agreement and Catering Agreement will be provided and form part of Rental Agreement.
